STAFF Schedule


October 19 – Sight reading/playing/ear tests – Gay will demonstrate
with a couple of her students some of the methods she uses for sight
reading/playing/singing. We will partake in sight singing as well.

November 2 - Master class – Gay's house: Janet Scott Hoyt. Members
with gr. 9 practical + gr. 2 theory are invited to perform.

December 5 - Muttart Hall, Grant MacEwan, Alberta College campus 2-3 pm

January 4 – CANCELLED!! master class @ Gay's– Alan Monk will be speaking about the
art of performing.

February 8 – accompaniment demonstration/workshop with Albert Chan at Gay's

March 10 – Piano Spectacular – Wednesday, March 10, 7:30 pm at Enmax
Hall at the Winspear

Lucas Waldin, conductor
Tickets range in price from $24-69 and we’re hoping that STAFF will be
able to cover ½ your
ticket cost.

April 19 – Learning session: Gwyneth Barr: Pedagogy I & II, Teaching
Rudiments

May 23 – 2-3 pm year-end recital + evaluation of year

We are interested in new members joining us.

What are the costs involved?
STAFF members pay $50 for a one-year membership.  Individual sessions are $10 each, if a membership is not purchased.
